yes, i lost ten pounds and i was just looking at myself in the mirror, proud of how far i have come. I have been exercising most days for about a month, since starting this pushup challenge on here with nostr:npub1m3xdppkd0njmrqe2ma8a6ys39zvgp5k8u22mev8xsnqp4nh80srqhqa5sf .. although i transitioned into more cardio work than pushups, i feel great. i wasn't taking care of myself for a long time and i finally feel better, so i wanted to post that to hold myself accountable for my summer goal .
