Taking into account that many eggs are unfertilized

this incubator is supposed to hatch 40 eggs. But many times there are several unfertilzied eggs 'taking up room'.

Last time 25% were never going to hatch.

Around week 2 you can candle them to see if they'll produce

would love to see a "how to" on getting friends on your private relay and then putting a charge in place later on and maybe how to be "public" but with a charge (which might simply mean private lol). and also what makes a "good" relay
