Even if you ended up with caesar, the delivery cost is about 1548 USD. Of course this is not a top notch private hospital, but it is a legit comfortable one, attended by O&G specialist doctors. This is the one my wife is having her operation.
You can literally take a flight, get delivered here, register with you embassy to obtain your nationality for confinement programs and fly back home and still it is cheaper than giving birth in some country.
