3 days now i have been upping my potassium intake and the effects are startling

i clearly was suffering deficiency severely

i was not getting it from eggs, beef, and not enough from milk even at 3L a day (and that blowed me up like a whale)... what i needed was bananas, and probably this plan of adding potassium chloride to my water is gonna pan out very well, i can already tell, it's dramatically reduced my cramping, i feel like probably i'm also short on magnesium, thinking about getting some magnesium sulphate and making a salt mix with magnesium sulfate and potassium chloride and unrefined sea salt, i already should be getting enough calcium from the yogurt i'm eating at breakfast with bananas now

Update on my dad, from my dad:

"Combination of slightly high blood pressure slight dehydration and bending over to much stacking wood"

This is certainly understated. He wouldn't have been in bad enough shape for my mom to have him sent to the hospital again (My mom is an RN. If it was just a bit of dehydration, she would have told him to sit down and drink some Gatorade.

Mum is still very weak and tired. She can't talk much. But it seems like they now have her pain medication figured out, so she is more comfortable.

My wife is on her way to the hospital this morning to get more information. She works in healthcare, she knows what kind of questions to ask, and how to help keep things moving.
