It's definitely no mean feat! The first 2/3 days are very physically intense. Then after that the psychological pain arrives and lasts another couple of days. Lots of people leave during this time. It's tough. But if you can push through it the light at the end is game changing. Sounds like you're doing the right thing though. Practice sitting a little each day, it gets easier. And get yourself signed up ππ
