Ok time for me to stop playing around on nostr. I had a lot of relaxation time today at the monastery. I did too!!!!! I asked the bishop if I could just use my baptismal name and he said yes! I was in 8th grade Catholic school! Now I converted to Orthodoxy tho and had to take a new name for the Chrismation/confirmation part of the conversion process

The first time I was old enough to vote I voted for the deporter in Cheif and I felt very betrayed tbh!!! Full disclosure and all that!!
I donβt take it seriously when people say like this is the βstartβ when Obama deported an insane amount of people. More than any other previous president. We were literally calling him the βdeporter in cheifβ!! So I agree with you in the sense people only care when itβs their βteamβ so to speak. Like wdym βit starts withβ referring to anything going on now??? Like thanks for tuning in years behind everyone else and then trying to tell the people you largely ignored what they already know π‘ now that you finally decided to care π₯²
I wonβt be checking nostr regularly still for a few more days because I am staying at an #orthodox monastery ππ» pray for me that my stay is fruitful and I do good work for the church and my own soul while I am here! I am so thankful to be here!! I will write more later π
