I'll try to have nos2x-fox working for Firefox Mobile (thanks to a contribution). Not sure how it will work though.
If I have it running soon, I'll post it here.
What is the best Clark Kent/Superman combo in live action?
I mean both personas done very well, not just one.
I'd say Christopher Reeve. And then Tyler Hoechlin as a close close second.
Coincidentally (or not) both with very good Lois Lane.
What acoincidence, I just posted a note about how good Amethyst is 😅
Usual nostr client praise: Amethyst is really good. One of the fastest and smoothest clients I tried. And keeps adding small improvement here and there.
Kudos #[0] and contributors
The creators/builders of every client and relay software are an obvious choice.
Yeah, it seems I got included yesterday in a zap but didn't get anything after checking a few times (Alby).
But I don't know how this bot works, and surely I did nothing to deserve a zap 😅, I wasn't going to complain.
Cuantas respuestas vas sumando. Muchos hispanos por aquí
What a great book "The Sovereign Individual" (by James Dale Davidson & Lord William Rees-Mogg).
Reading it now and it being written in 1997 is even more fascinating.
There has been a few updates in nos2x-fox (the Firefox add-on for signing Nostr messages, and fork of "nos2x") in the past month.
Some are:
- Configure your preferred relays
- Allow your authorization to sites last for 5 min, 1 hour or 8 hours (with possibility of revoking)
- Better display of the message you are signing
- Support for both hexa and nsec/npub format for your keys
- Many UI improvements and fixes
Install from Firefox Add-ons page:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nos2x-fox/
Or check the repo and download the XPI to install by yourself:

Regarding browser addon for signing Nostr messages:
Is it worth it to have a manual approval each time you have to sign something? I'm thinking of a PIN or even a password.
The idea is that the private key is stored encrypted without the extension to know the encryption key. So each time you need to sign something you, the user, need to enter that encryption key. It could be in the form of a PIN or a password, which you have to enter every time.
Does it make sense? is it too much?

It's inevitable to have communication bubbles in networks like this 😅
In any case, I think the controversy came from making it enabled by default. Making it optional would have both supporters and detractors happy. As far as I remember no software auto-translate content unless to ask for it.
I disabled it when I saw it translated a message I didn't want to translate. Seemed to work so far.
In any case, this feature created a looot of pushback from what I read (I'm no fan of it).
Perhaps it's worth to disable it by default @npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z
It indicates how many posts (events) were received and sent though each relay. Notice the icons for up and down arrow?
When you post something you'll see how the second column increase.
