I think sometimes there is too much focus on carnivore vs vegetarian or vegan whereas the real problems in a lot of people’s diet is processed food and sugars. From my own experience cutting these made a big difference to my health.

Nostr has a meat eating cult hahaha. Veggie is great. The problem is that most people don’t know how to cook them. Salad is overrated. But vegetables are much more than just salad.
