I have been doing interval training since I learned about it a couple years ago. Just need to be more consistent actually doing it.

1 mile running time: 10 minutes 50 seconds. Temperature: 75 degrees. My weight: over weight (mentioning that to explain why my time is so slow)

Looking to run the mile race next year with a goal of a 9 minute mile.

I'm still living in the Frozen north of Virginia, parka and snow show in hand. Hot weather makes me moody and irritable. I'd move to Maine or Vermont if I didn't just buy a house here.

I'll zap anyone who accurately predicts my one mile running time tonight.
