The Uncle Jack (Dr. Jack Kruse) rabbit hole is pretty incredible.

What I am essentially getting out of it is that there's been a multi-decade effort by the military industrial complex to turn all of society into a blue lit casino.

That way, everyone's dumb and docile, and they can control everyone's minds. They can plug whatever narrative they want into the screens, and everyone will lap it up. (Cough COVID cough) Hand up, I was fooled just like almost everyone else.

The only way to fight back is to get off your goddamn phone, laptop, or TV screens and get your eyes and your skin into the sun.

It seems ludicrous, but I'm not gonna lie, I can see periods in my life where I was isolating myself inside, glued to screens, and I felt absolutely awful.

Absolutely diabolical. This is gonna be a tough one for most of the world to accept. We are SO damn addicted to our screens.

Who would you be if you did all the things you should be doing?

I used to read Dave Ramsey's books and follow his advice like scripture. Not so much any more...
