How will you ever know what your limit is if you never test it?

Warm up first and build yourself up to it but when you're ready, push yourself to your limits. Strive to be better.

That doesn't just apply to fitness but in life and in your career as well.

If you don't like your present circumstances then start taking action to change your situation.

The best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago but the second best time is today. Same thing with Bitcoin or buying real estate, buying 12 years ago would have been great but you can start saving and investing today.

Maybe your career change will require you to learn more skills or go back to school but if you start today, imagine how much progress you can make in a year.

People overestimate how much progress they can make in a year but they underestimate as much progress that can make it 3 years.

Let go of negative self-talk and self-limiting beliefs. Just put your head down and do the work.
