You can create private/encrypted groups/channels. I remember using it in Nostr Console. It isn’t perfect forward secrecy though. But I think clients can implement something like a signal alternative.

I use the same Tiny Gen2 for my self hosted services + Lightning node.
Necessary to turn off public relays or filter global feed from only paid relays. Damus for example allows you to filter global feed based on content from only paid relays.
Reduced or no spam as it disincentivizes them to an extent, incentive for relay operators to run the relay and afford server expenses, better moderation of content with user reports and you get to build micro communities to publish and receive content from.

Sure, make sure you remove wss://nostr.orangepill.dev from your relay list and add wss://relay.orangepill.dev .
Also, I checked and you are admitted to the relay. You can verify the same by rentering you pubkey at https://relay.orangepill.dev and it should say that you are admitted.
