Problem is, it’s NOT OPENSOURCE. This matters MORE than you think.
Because native clients can READ AND STORE YOUR PRIVATE KEY (unlike web clients which leverage a browser extension for key management), having their source code available for audit is ESSENTIAL in keeping these companies honest.
What does YOUR native client do with YOUR private key? We should all know…

Anytime someone tells me they are having trouble zapping me I ask which client, and the answer is always Primal.
I’m finding Primal almost unusable this past week. Why are so many posts in my feed showing the raw note IDs instead of rendering the quoted note? Is this happening for anyone else on Primal? I've always had issues with Primal. Ameythst and Damus are the go to for mobile clients. Primal.net is fine for a web client.
