Maybe it's time to take the kids and go help her with her garden this year? πŸ€”

I've never once looked into Catholicism, the closest Ive ever gone is I went to a catholic wedding about ten years ago. I have been listening to Orthodox podcasts though so I kind of get that but I still believe in the power and presence of God's Holy Spirit working in and through His people.

Because I believe a good portion of what Jesus did on the cross and when he resurrected is the defeat of evil powers, the fact that we don't recognise them and where they still exist and cause harm to people seems wrong... My church is involved with some pastors in Africa. The testimonies out of there are incredible, in part because the evil side still manifests so clearly and everyone knows about demonic oppression and it's effects they also know the effects that Jesus smashing those powers has on their lives.

Which one of those is the absolute shortest? I would say only on Christmas day... But if Christmas is a season the trashy mass produced consumeristic season should last as short as possible. I was in a major grocery store last night and noticed the Christmas decorations were already out πŸ˜‘

I think they are intertwined but it is difficult for us to see. Whether or not we should try is an interesting question that I've been wrestling with alot lately.

That's my favourite time of the day. I do coffee, cats, watch the sunrise and Bible. Some time to slowly start my day and ponder all the things I need to do.

At the very least you would and should end up being investigated. You could go to jail even if it was a consentual murder if you were misunderstood. That makes even consentual murder risky.

Murder is still a crime. The underlying principle of libertarianism, also known as the NAP, can be summed up like this, "Don't hurt me and don't touch my stuff." anything outside of that should be lawful. You still need contract law though because defrauding someone is touching their stuff.

We'd probably see less if you brought them like alcohol in the shops. I'm not really sure. Again, legalising them and making them in a lab could be safer than allowing the black market to handle it too.

What The Beave said. Additionally, less offences means less police required to police crime which means less taxation. That's why I think it ridiculous that smoking weed or even taking party pills is a crime, even though I don't do drugs.

Why?

So that it can be taken off the streets. For safer work environments for the women who work in the field. But mostly because I hold libertarian values.

Ride in on a wave of popularity πŸ˜‰ haha... Actually that doesn't sound at all likely either.

I don't really subscribe to Machiavellian morals, so it would have to be loved even if I lost the title/role... At least the plebs probably wouldn't kill me in my way out of office.
