I helped a buddy get set up for #bitcoin self-custody. We made a small transfer to his address from coinbase with no issues. He thought that was really cool, watching the transaction get through the mempool and into his control.
When he transferred the rest, coinbase cockblocked his transfer and locked up his account for 4 days.
Self-custody conversion complete.

Using nostrsync.live worked for me. Maybe it's not getting your updated relay list. Try using blastr to send it to more relays
The only way I found for now is using invizible pro in vpn mode and allowing http://localhost:4869 in fast settings -> exclude websites
Okay, so nostrsync had the relay in the list when it broadcast, but it showed 0 events. I have to be doing something wrong or I've missed some fundamental step. Any other suggestions?
Also, are there configuration options in Citrine? I only see "stop" and "restore follows." I see some things listed on github, but I don't have them in the app. I have 0.2.0.

Cool, thanks for the help! I'll give those a try. I'm using Citrine on another device without Orbot and it's so smooth. Citrine, Amber, and Amethyst are a power combo.

How do I get all of my old events into Citrine? I tried nostrsync.live but it doesn't work for the local relay.
Also, I can't use Citrine with Orbot active. This means I have to choose between my Start9 private Tor node and Citrine. The UX with Citrine is honestly smoother, so I don't mind. BUT...I need those old events backed up on there somehow.
All I see now is how many sats I can trade for a unit of toilet paper via my #orangeclock.
