For those who know about this is it only the oil that's bad or all the seed. For instance: sunflower oil is bad, are sunflower seeds bad too ?

Also wasn't the whole George Washington Carver thing a big myth ?

Just FYI our Salvadoran style hot cocoa mix is not 100% pure cacao, it contains organic Salvadoran cacao, almonds, cinnamon and raw cane sugar. It's a great morning drink but not 100% cacao as there are other ingredients. I mostly mention it since it does have a little cane sugar in it. We do plan to release just plain 100% cacao powder too but it's not yet available.

Oh around San Blas is where you'll find most Canadians lol

All joking aside seems a lot of Canadians are moving to the beach here, probably the fastest growing group by far

It's really good! If you have a steam wand it's a great way of making it but even a microwave oven works
