Yesterday I was collecting nettles & ground elder and I blended them for juice. 💚

To support iron production in my body, mainly.

Then I also collected some pine 🌲 and made tea with sage, rosemary, douglas fir (tree), lemonbalm and a small piece of eucalyptus. Tea was so so soothing. 🙏🏼🍵

It’s the perfect time to explore wild herbs and plants to benefit from them, here in europe. 🌿

Are we going for the classic 30% dip for ants ? Looks that way 🤙
