Praha 10 is quite big. Some parts are close-ish to the center (Vrsovice), some further (Strasnice)... a lot of different kind of environments. Dense 19. century blocks with good public spaces, vast cementeries, 50s socialist blocks and of course 60-80 panel houses with very disfunctional public spaces around them.
Praha 1 and some parts of Praha 2 are the least locals-inhabited parts of Prague. At the same time there are strong "communities" living in the old turisty part of Prague Castle. They often call it "village like".
