He was pretty unflappable as a rabid horde was baying for his blood, and now he's attacking Trump explicitly. .. I do not say 'I'm on Team Pence', but I simply give him some credit, like I give Brad Raffensperger, or Liz Cheney credit. And he's going to give devastating testimony in Trump's trial.
Whatever else you can say about Mike Pence, in America's hour of need, he DID do the right thing on Jan 6th. Now, that doesn't mean I like Pence, or think he should be president, but I do respect him on some level. 😔

Make no mistake, these indictments will slowly crush Trump. He's spewing money out of every orifice in legal-fees, on some level - I assume - he feels deep shame, & the assertion of the rule of law is absolutely necessary, to restore faith in the American system in our jaded hearts. Will it help him win the primary? He was going to win it anyway. Will a conviction increase his chances of being potus again? I doubt it. Trump will be wallowing in prison, exiled, or dead within a year or two.
