Result: The financial industrial complex maintains fiat dominance and capital allocation control.

Plebs stay trapped in the fiat Ponzi scheme with claims and paper Bitcoin. No keys and no true self-custody.

Is this the current play? Is this the “if you can’t beat ’em, join ’em” phase? Are they co-opting Bitcoin from within?

Why do so many clever people, who seem to understand the fiat problem very well, admire Elon Musk? Some time ago I heard Stacy Herbert getting excited about Elon, but by no means she is the only one. What has Elon done to deserve all the respect?

Yes, he is the most successful entrepreneur in this communist/fascist fiat system. But it’s not like we are admiring ‘all the great entrepreneurs’ who lived in the Soviet Union. What’s the difference?

Elon is developing surveillance tech for the government, dreaming of universal basic income (sorry, universal high income), fighting to get his $139 billion pay package while telling the rest that money is about to “disappear as a concept”… Why to admire this technocrat?

And let’s not say that his takes on Bitcoin and “cryptocurrencies” have been top-notch either. He has been just muddying the waters.
