You could run something like this on basically any hardware. You could run a lambda function that does this every minute of every day and still be in the free tier.

I've got that same Unifi set up β™₯️

You know we’re approaching peak fiat when venture capitalists have poured in $241 Million to a company whose website is https://hu.ma.ne who have produced a solution looking for a problem and hyped it up with the β€œAI” buzzword.

Who the fuck wants a $700 wearable projector that operates like this? https://v.nostr.build/l6X7.mp4

Oh yeah I'm totally going to clip an internet connected "ai" camera to my chest and walk around all day.

I'll get in on this. 500k from me too if you go 100 days. I'll even put it on my calendar and check in with you.

It's one of the best things you'll ever do. Give it 6 months and you will feel incredible. In a year you won't be able to imagine smoking again.

How long do you all think these high fees will last?

I always think it's so cool when I see two blocks get mined at almost the same time. Like statistically I know it's going to happen sometimes but it just feels special to witness it.

The corollary of that is NOT true. When I have to wait 20/30/longer minutes for a block to mine I'm almost always annoyed πŸ˜‚

If it's a hard cheese like parm you can just cut the moldy outside off and safely eat the inside.

Any soft cheeses it's not worth getting food poison, just toss it.

I have:

- 6 years of Go experience, AWS, GCP

- I now lead a team of 10 Go/Typescript, backend, frontend, platform, and data engineers working on a high availability CDP platform servicing ~2 billion requests a day with 99.999% uptime this year

- I have almost 2 years of experience with Kubernetes/Helm

- I've run my own Lightning node for 3 years with a stint of about 12 months routing payments. I used LND, LNDg, Lightning Terminal, Ride The Lightning

- In my non-work life I self host my own infrastructure, homelab, servers, NAS, cloud infrastructure providing many services to family and friends.

And finally, I have wanted to move into working in the Bitcoin/Lightning space. I am convicted that Bitcoin is the future and I want to help build it any way I can.

The exhilaration you about to feel in 2024 is unexplainable until you've experienced it. Hold on, stay humble and continue to stack.

But enjoy it. There's nothing like your first bull.
