As Pret A Manger have announced drastic changes to their coffee subscription in September 2024, is Pret RE-founder Sinclair Beecham saving Pret? Why I believe that Pret scrapping the 5 drinks per day & 20% food rebate on thesubscription might actually save Pret:

Not sure if it's nerdy nor a hobby, but I write about Pret A Manger and put a crack into their facade via expret.org
I've spent 3 months in LA in 1992 inc;. during the "Rodney King RIots". Only been back at LAX for a flight change in 2007 but lived in FL for a few years.
Uploaded a new liminal-ish ambient track for the album I'm working on, level t w o

Do you have a YouTube channel?
The media is mostly a joke. They publish too fast and do mostly copy & paste journalism.
If anything is ok, I just leave this here, blog about my and other staff experiences in Pret A Manger:

Ooops, I just send a note but it isn't visible?
Hi, I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian, but have drastically reduced my animal comsumtion incl. milk, cheese, eggs etc. My question is, why do many vegans not give full information on what supplements people have to take while some militantly "evangelize" veganism. And what would be the aternatives to vegan food that is so expensive.
New buzz words like "superfoods" Quinea etc. which can simply also be cabbage, rgular veg etc. seems to be just a big money maker.
And if you eat at Pret A Manger, you need to always check the labelversus the food as Pret continue to mislabel and kix up ingredients, despite 2 customer deaths and multiple injuries.
The following isn't updated, but it continues even now:

Where has everyone travelled to and what can they recommend?
I survived systemic workplace bullying during bereavement at work (Pret A Manger) and write extensively about it via expret.org
This also includes customers service, low-paid work etc. in general.
Reminds me of Pret A Manger where ALL staff get penalised when ONE staff doesn;t smile.
expret.org links to Pret A Mangerissues incl. ongoing mislabelling, mouldy food, systemic workplacebullying, £800,000 fine after staff in freezer, wage theft, hikedprices for lower quality, bad press, £700 million debt etc. etc.
Gotcha. Thank you for explaining in simple terms!
Sounds good, thanks. Thank you for the great help. What does the "str" stand for at the end of a search? Is it part for Nostr? And why does one need to add it to a hashtag?
