A new Unchained client was trying to send a significant amount of sats from his hardware device to his vault today and couldn't figure out his passphrase.

He finally got it but it could have gone the other way.

Passphrases can be dangerous. You have two single points of failure - there's no fault tolerance.

This is why we multisig.
