Since it seemed to be of interest to some, I thought I would share how Day 4 of no morning coffee has gone.

By noon, I felt like I had been hit by a truck. Even on a great night's sleep. Since I felt a zombie, I swapped the afternoon brew for a 20 min power nap in my jeep, followed that up with reading & some chill time while I waited for an obligation.

I haven't been this tired this early since my early parenting days. But...

Day 4 of no morning coffee has turned into Day 1 of no caffeine ๐Ÿ˜ I am not holding myself to day 2 of that just yet. True love doesn't die in a day. ๐Ÿ˜‚

When I was first learning woodworking it was in the mid 90โ€™s. There were only a few tv shows on that taught woodworking.

The New Yankee Workshop was one of them. I learned so much from Norm Abrams on that show.

The second show was one of the most campy shows that I have ever seen. It was called Furniture on the Mend and later Furniture To Go, they were on TLC.

However, it taught me some of the most high level finishing and furniture restoration techniques.
