All I can tell you is to get yourself exercising.. You get to experience a success every time you finish that 6 mile walk, or 15 mile bike ride.. It's cathartic. It focuses your mind. I can attest to working through issues in my life because of the focus exercise, specifically jogging gave to me. To this day, and we're talking decades.. Grab those jogging shoes, and walk out that door. A half hour out, and a half hour back.. Soon you'll be driving to different locations for walks all over the place!

Funny...For some reason, kissing an animals butt I guess, brings to mind a meme of a small pug type dog standing about 6 feet from the screen door, intently watching something going on outside. There's a young baby crawling right up behind the pooch. The baby's finger is pointing about 4 inches from that dog's butt.. The meme say," Dog, ready for launch!!
