Factually right. Britain abolished the transatlantic slave trade in 1807 and slavery in its colonies in 1833–1838 (Brazil 1888, last country in America to do so). Unfortunately slavery never ended in absolute terms in the world, but yes as an institution on major powers.

I am very new around here (with this profile). I had to switch because the previous one was compromised and my government tries very hard to protect me... As I developer I share the ethos of giving value to the Nostr community, hoping that by doing that I will deserve the attention. Of course I am nobody to give advice, and just starting over, but as someone who had to let go its followers and start over I would keep focus on giving value back to the protocol. It's been quite hard to use only web Nostr clients in mobile, considering restrictions of users who need to channel everything (including DNS) through TOR. It is an area in need of improvement, so anyone could be able to just use the Tor Browser instead of Orbot (where many lovely little creatures end up leaking stuff). It this any priority? #asknostr
