- Deviding - Just use same formula for each country separated. So Germany can have much higher tarifs then czech republic.

Myslíš si, že to fakt někdo dělá s tímhle cílem? Mě to přijde strašně nepravděpodobné. Jako že se někdo někde sejde a řekne "budeme šířit strach." Nemám problém přijmout hloupost, touhu po moci, hamižnost, připosranost, snahu zavděčit se, atd., ale akceptovat, že se tohle děje by design, mi prostě nějak nejde.
