There's no good guys. Good guys is a subjective opinion. Good for one is bad for the other. Have a moral compass. Don't harm other people under any circumstances. Only then the vicious cycle of violence will stop and we will thrive in peace as never before.

And still majority of Americans call them selves Christians without having any problem shooting other people to death (btw I'm not judging anyone here, just saying it's completely against Jesus's teachings)
Then on the other hand in most Western European countries majority consider to be atheist, but still follow (many times unconsciously) the teachings of Jesus about not resisting evil with violence (i.e. not killing the burglar)
I used to have the same issue. Couldn't have even a small amount of milk without stomach and bowel issues. Now, since I changed a lot in my diet and habits I can drink as much milk as I want. I quit smoking, cut down on alcohol to very little, started eating mostly animal protein and fats, removed seed oils completely, limited refined sugars, started eating more fruit, sleeping more, daily exercising, meditating, doing breath work and cold exposure. There's a lot of changes , but I bet that some of them helped me with processing milk.
Deep water solos is definitely something I want to try. This one looks amazing.

I always reccomend Blue wallet.

* etc.
Blue is easy to use and secure for beginners (everyone I reccomended it to, like it), but when theye get more advanced they can use more features.
The only flaw I find in it is quite long loading time.

Something more exotic:
Tahini dressing: honey, tahini, olive pomace oil, lemon, water, salt
Sweet and sour "Asian dressing": lime juice, rice vinegar, coconut palm sugar, toasted sesame oil, light soy sauce (preferably tamari or shoyu) or another more simple version - kecap manis, toasted sesame oil, lime juice
Raspberry vinaigrette: raspberries, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, salt, shallot
Apple vinaigrette: apple vinegar (strongest apple flavour I get from Korean double concentrated apple vinegar), linden honey, dijon mustard, salt, cracked black pepper, extra virgin olive oil (used to use EV rapeseed, but it's evil)
I know ratios would be useful, but I always make it by eye.
Lemon+salt+extra virging olive oil+juices of whatever is in the salad=best dressing
