Then you need amox or amoxicillin/clavulanic acid if not penicillin allergic or if you do have a penicillin allergy, doxycycline is best but if it’s really sunny that can cause sun sensitivity - I mean none of this is great medical advice bc I can’t examine you, wish I was there! See if they have a little clinic somewhere
I’m an ENT. You need some ofloxacin drops! 4-5 drops twice daily (assuming it’s swimmers ear which is a lot more likely than a middle ear infection in climates like Uvita)
