Interesting purchase. I wonder what the maintenance costs will be like. I guess they think it's a good deal. Though I did read that there's a lot of competition with AI for energy, maybe that's why they took this route?

It's a feature, not a bug. It's the whole point of nostr. Not giving up control of your account to platforms. Using an extension or app to manage your key is unavoidable and best practice for a protocol such as this. Just like Bitcoin. You don't go plugging your private key into several apps, right?

And world debt is currently around $315T
then can we consider it like a company and consider the profit to be $454T - $315T = $139T
Would that be a good expectation for final Bitcoin price?
i.e. $139T / 21M = $6.6M per BTC
Have you read Speculative Attack by Pierre Rochard? Sure, what Saylor is doing is not without risks, but I believe that risk is being managed. Though maybe a dump back to 10k or so could cause him some problems.
