nostr:npub1mwgj27h00mhezvudunzaueuan0jaxn9stxnmt9sq830rtd9qk4jq8hafwc Are you saying I could use a gpg key pair, with curve25519, as my nostr npub?
32 bytes is 32 bytes.
there are a tiny few private keys that are not valid but the magic of prime numbers is that they are just a tiny number at the top edge of the set of 256 values.
the public key would be different though, that is created by the specific algorithm and number group.
nothing flex about not shaving wtf.
had a nasty dream. some vampire style guy and a heap of stuff that looked like possessions of someone i knew back in canberra. it was like i was being detained, but nobody was exactly saying this but i wasn't thinking 'ok, just slip out the window' either. they also had other people i cared about hostage i think. mostly old girlfriends.
it reminded me that "crypto" is full of gangsters, and i keep on seeing things that smell so fishy and i remember, in my dreams that there is some of the most vicious people in the world around this space. partly because they can more easily hide themselves behind avatars and personae.
i almost wish i could just slip out the window but the outside is outer space at this point.
feel free to contact me, you can message me with simplex if you like. i don't think this is the right forum for the topic
do either of those have the nag on disabling widevine disabled???
did anyone capture the HORNET Storage talk by nostr:nprofile1qqs9njktmqadt322myw6eag6f8qxuzl0wv9vpe7zxkn0d73fhy3s7qspz3mhxue69uhhyetvv9ukzcnvv5hx7un89uq3qamnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3wd4hk6tcpzdmhxue69uhhqatjwpkx2urpvuhx2ue04zx3n9 in ... you know, FHD by any chance? His slides were unreadable in the one i watched.
i know why you are coming. i'll be curious to see how many people who are "accepted" actually show up. finding a place to stay here is a nightmare.
i'm much too busy trying to just get a gig happening at this point to be getting involved with that thing, even though i'm not going to be on any other landmass on the planet any time soon.
that's their burden not ours.
everyone's got their own load to carry.
that's the whole point of this thing. you try to hold someone up they will just weigh you down.
the people who think we are being mean and toxic about not obeying the bankers don't consider the millions of dead bodies in the shallow graves that are there because of the bankers profits, over the last 400 years, and they aren't done yet poisoning the well.
gotta keep on pushing anyway. He smiles every time we learn to drop more of the weight this world tries to put on us.
i just pressed the mute button.
always makes me laugh on the rare occasions i look at ZH seeing his stupid mug and some dumbass shit about bitcoin. never read the article of course, but he keeps submitting them and tyler keeps approving to add them.
when someone calls you a bitch, and toxic, and you were being reasonable, and telling the truth:

it's pretty rough. i got lucky, we found something pretty decent and our goal was long term so it all came together very nicely, but it almost didn't happen.
i'm sure i'm not the only one who is already in place who can at least report a story of such ventures, but first thursday of next month i'll have it in mind to ask people, if you haven't already tracked down help.
not underestimating it i think. just sayin that the ground they walk on is getting precariously thin.
Some disconcerting info about kiwi browser privacy
nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm wen mull browser support?
i'd file an issue about how firefox nags me to turn on DRM but i doubt they'll fix it.
i'd rather use brave's search engine anyhow, they might shitcoin but they don't fucking lie about supporting privacy by nagging you to send your telemetry with a default-on that you have to go in and turn off... as well as forgetting to let me not just disable DRM but disable a nag that eats some 24 vertical pixels of my whole screen width.
there will also be a day in court, as well, with all of the evidence, exhaustively collected, and their hearts will be weighed against this lady's feather:
