Hacker, cypherpunk. All memes are my own.

Even when they finally figure out decent CSS, U. S. government websites are so broken.

Sure, it imposes a physical cost on opponents. I think the point was made during an interview on the WiM Show that in the real world the line between offense and defense is extremely blurred. Walls and fortresses can be used offensively and armies can be used defensively.

I’m reading Jason Lowery’s “Softwar” thesis and it’s making sense so far. I saw a lot of backlash to it earlier on Nostr. Why don’t people like it?

Are you a Haskell guy? I’ve always wanted to meet one in the wild. Are you a big fan of Rust as well? I’ve never programmed Haskell but I’ve heard Rust was strongly influenced by Haskell.

With all the power that has not been bestowed upon me I hereby ban you from the land of Nostr. You are banished back into the dark and enclosed gardens from whence you came.

Yikes man. What happened and why can’t it auto delete some of its crash reports?

The email client?

It has 2FA. Much decentralized, much wow. nostr:note1jxneadpm52dd3lq4epw3c6p2y8rqgw3ynutgjqe5vgu6u3dac8csntugp9

Hashing together strings with SHA256 to tie them together is really not that revolutionary. People have been doing that since 1992. Hell, even Git uses it. If blockchain was the important piece we’d be using B-Money, not Bitcoin. nostr:note10yc2e3w6n3g2n2rg9lkerv8a697lf3xquqawpf7mdzfjj9fsntgsvkgsyl

It’s a fantastic book. He does a great job combining all of Girard’s thoughts and presenting a unified idea of mimetic desire. I recommend that book to people all the time.

Is there anyone on Nostr with a beefy enough computer to run LLaMA 65B and what was your experience?
