I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, spent 5 years in Arkansas (up until April this year), and finally broke free to the jungle beach life.

Life back then? A cocktail of love and madness. Anger, addiction, illness—my family and I had front-row seats to it all. In 2014, my little sister Nena survived a heart transplant. She’s now healing from stage 4 lymphoma after rounds of chemotherapy (not the route we wanted, since natural health is my jam), but she’s getting stronger day by day.

Meanwhile, my older sister Courtney, a Marine, sustained a severe injury in Afghanistan that led to chronic PTSD and addiction. My extended family? Battling obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and rage, while I struggled with gut issues, fast food binges, and tech-fueled distractions.

Here’s the truth: I couldn’t control these external forces, but I could change how I responded.

Post-high school, I realized true health isn’t just about eating kale and doing burpees. I dove headfirst into ancestral healing, functional exercise, and modern brain optimization. I earned a degree in nutrition science & kinesiology (top of the Rockefeller matrix, baby) and trained directly under Paul Chek. This lit a fire in me to help others navigate the chaos.

Every day, my mission is to love God and nature while energizing and empowering people to live more adventurous, grounded, and healthy lives.
