A little spoiler on my upcoming book. Would or would not read?

No matter what the problem in our society, Bitcoin maximalists respond, “Bitcoin fixes this.”

Pre-Coiners (people who are not yet convinced of Bitcoin) like to laugh at this statement, or they put Bitcoiners in the weirdo corner or even consider Bitcoin to be a “religion”.

Now for a few years, I have been thinking of myself as part of the circle of Bitcoin maximalists, which is why I would like to defend the thesis “Bitcoin fixes this.” argumentatively in this book.

More precisely, I will try to show that there are only two categories for the pressing problems of our time:

1. Bitcoin fixes this.

2. Bitcoin is the only way to begin to fix it.

In doing so, this book is aimed at people with little to no prior knowledge of economics, and the first part is more didactic than scientific in nature.

By the second part, I hope to have laid enough of a foundation to provide some more food for thought for other Bitcoin Maxis.

Without wanting to anticipate too much, in the back half of this work we will discuss what a state built on Bitcoin could look like and whether such a “state” really still deserves this term.

Transgenderism, or gender dysphoria, is a mental illness not unlike anorexia. We can all agree that it would be dangerous and harmful to give an anorexic teen 'affirming' diet pills. Trans people don't need 'transition care'. They need help learning to accept and love the body that they were born with.

Many of us step foot on the path to spiritual enlightenment expecting it to lead us onward and upward, hoping to become something better than we are, and ready to gather all of the important things we need along the way.

What a surprise it is when we eventually realize that this path isn't taking us onward but inward, that we're not gathering things so much as letting them go, and that there was never anything more to aspire to than the truth of what we already are.

Real estate isn’t a shitcoin yet.

I’m very sorry, but if you think this you probably don’t own any or you have no yield from the property you own. Yes, real estate will trend to cost and I do not advise staying in real estate for the rest of your life because you will lose close to all of the money you stuck into it. Also, don’t put any money into real estate to store your wealth, we have Bitcoin for that.

Bitcoin is the most fantastic discovery, yes. Bitcoin will survive where every other asset class will die, yes. But there is no yield in Bitcoin that is denominated in Bitcoin without scamming people, so stop fantasizing about that. All we have is number go up and the only way to enjoy that is to exchange your Bitcoin for the luxury it buys.

You don't buy real estate when it's expensive, those who do are working another job to pay that housing bill. Apart from being able to buy low so there is a net result in rent, this yield is not influenced by the housing market. So after acquiring and fixing it up; the value of the property may go up or down, but the rent never goes down. It makes no sense to sell the property to buy Bitcoin with it. Simply stack with the collected rent. So, real estate isn’t a shitcoin yet, timing matters. The question is, when will real estate become a shitcoin? I think it will gradually turn into a shitcoin over the next 10 years, what do you think?

When your investment thesis is to shitcoin, this should be expected.
