What a lot of people aren't telling is that they feel the same as You. It's typical of this time. I've noticed that in the past year when friends talked about it to me. It is often a combination of personal experiences and the state of the world atm.
The world is transitioning from one era into another, a change in very long term cycles. With that, this has its effects on people on a personal level too.
More importantly, dealing with anxiety is to confront that anxiety. So, if one is afraid to do something, go do it and do it again. That reprograms someones memory. The first time it's very unpleasent and difficult, the second time a little bit less and so on.
A trauma in someones personal past can cause anxiety too. The key is to talk about it to someone that You trust. By doing that, You're reliving it to a centain extent and it gets processed more completely. On top of that the effect of this too is that You're giving a part of the anxiety away to the one that You're talking to and thus it releaves You from it.
There exists also certain breathing exercises to get calm almost instantly in any anxious situation, once practised often. It's the technique of Öst, I'm not sure if it is easely to find online.

Sometimes it is really interesting to understand where certain words come from. He's an example:
In the old Phoenician Canaanites religion (which Judaism is derived from), the people worshipped Saturn as their God. In their language they called God: 'El'.
Anyone that promoted the worship of El was called an 'El-der'.
And someone that was an Elder, he became 'El-ected'. That's why we have 'El-ections'.
Now that an Elder got Elected, that person has become one of the 'El-ites'.
So that person moved up like an 'El-evator'.

Everyone says the name dan-de-lion (tooth of the lion) is from the tooth-shaped leaves, but I think the tap root is the real tooth. It's bright white on the inside, it sinks deep into the earth and it won't let go.
The seeds also provide forage for birds. I often see clever birds pin the stems down to the ground with their feet and peck away at the seeds.

From what I hear from people that are there is that this years conference was way smaller than the one last year there.

There were some good talks, but man a lot of political campaigning. Speakers reactive to legacy media narratives. I've seen way better bitcoin conferences in the past. 😏

So I've been listening a bit to day 1 of the Miami #Bitcoin conference.
My impression is that there are a lot of shitcoiners on stage as they keep mentioning "the crypto space" and even "web3".
Another thing that is mentioned a lot is that how they all want more US regulations and they seem to think that this will create more opportunities. Clearly a Statist stance.
Regulations aren't creating opportunities, innovation does!
I think that Bitcoin Magazine sold out all this speaking time on day 1 to any company that was willing to pay for it.
Too bad. Hopefully day 2 and 3 will be more interesting. Some great guests will be speaking on those days.
To me, it seems that day 1 is for paid companies to speak.
Yes, You can bet that the thought of mass adoption of #Bitcoin will hunt the central banksters at night! 😁
