Day 2 #75hard
1) follow a diet, no alcohol (ketovore, seasonal, no refined anything, carbs below 35)
2) 2 45 min workouts, 1 outside (i mean, all workouts here are outside)
3) drink 1 gallon h20
4) read 10 pages of a book, no audiobooks
5) post an update pic
Currently not listening to anything whilenworking out so that I can be alone in my head without interruptions. Not sure I will do this the whole time but for now it works.

If you are doing #75hard that is part of it. I can say after only 1 day that the water is not hard when u work out twice for 45 mins.

I struggled with what to post as an update pic. I am doing this to increase mental discipline, not lose weight. Since a daily MRI is out, I decided an action pic of the hardest part of this challenge for me: creating TWO 45 minute spaces just for me where I can actually workout, uninterrupted.

It all came from inspiration when I woke up at three in the morning with ridiculous ideas. I started creating designs for #Bitcoin inspired T-shirts (and Other Stuff) that very day and built a Shopify store.
