when you try to fix a problem by focusing on the problem,

you are using a safety strategy that makes you feel more in control

it only gives short term relief because it feels like you’re doing something about it

but perpetuates the anxiety long term & rarely solves it

Here’s what you can do instead 👇🏼

1. Acknowledge there’s something you’re unhappy with and you want a different experience

2. Decide it’s changing as you speak & think about it (no doubt in mind)

3. Instead of focusing on “how do I fix this” - “I need to fix this now” which ends up driving you into actions where you’ll try to get rid of the anxiety of the thing potentially not changing or remaining the same …. focus on “what do I want to create instead?” 🧐

What do you WANT?

Can you be CURIOUS about a different reality instead of trying to CONTROL it to become something different?

Who would you have to be and what would you have to change in order to have what you want and CREATE this new experience ?

Being physically healthy is one thing but to also care for your inner mental landscape is crucial.

In #quantumbiology they even speak of your thoughts affecting the water molecules structure in your fascia (and everything else obviously)

And your mental health is very much dictated by your ability to be emotionally healthy which has a synergistic relationship with your nervous system, your hormones, your circadian rhythm and gut health.

The way it’s all connected is absolutely fascinating and wild and epic and I can’t believe we ever think our bodies are broken.

God created us in his image

Our systems are the most intelligent piece of software in the universe.

We don’t even know most of it … yet.

I love #Nostr but also have trouble staying consistent because it’s not addictive like Instagram AND having trouble finding my people on here sooooooo I am looking to connect to people who :

- prioritize their health

- optimize their energy and time

- enjoy spirituality & faith (doesn’t have to be religious at all)

- are ambitious & creative

- enjoy coffee, dogs & books

- bonus if you’re a based mama (my husband uses “based” all the time so hopefully this is appropriate lollll)

- care about growth but also most importantly joy & harmony

I’m still learning that protecting my own peace, energy, and health is the best thing I can do—not just for me, but for everyone around me.
