I went from zero experience training neural networks to having trained a production ready image classification model and a production ready object detection model, all in under 5 full work weeks.
The looks on their faces when I showed them the images with predicted bounding boxes around what they wanted was extremely satisfying. I've been putting my head down when I work, no breaks, just kill kill kill. Feels really great.

Listening to another new/old vinyl: A Shout Toward Noon by Leo Kottke
I haven't heard this album at all in several decades. First song is one I've played for years, my wife smiles at me. Second song is the first fingerstyle guitar song I ever learned over 20 years ago. I didn't even remember the name, although I can still play it easily. Intense feelings of nostalgia. Shit man, I can play every song on this album. What a trip.
One thing I prefer about #nostr over twitter is that I can freely like posts on nostr, whereas on Twitter I only like Hal Finney's "Running Bitcoin" post and nothing else. It's been liked for over 2 months and hasn't yet Unliked itself.

Yeah man, I'm here too, not very much interaction. Not that I post anything phenomenal but used to be we all followed other bitcoiner accounts and talked the shit. maybe just not enough people here yet but I get hardly any follows and hardly any interaction. I've tried this a few times so far with similar results. I think it gets a little better each time
