On VHF, it typically uses a 1200 baud data rate.

I did a request with 8 of my following feed notes. It took about 1min 51seconds. Say 2 mins.

On HF radio, it's 1/4 of that speed. But the range is global.

My last note with 'GA' was sent via VHF radio using #hamstr on a steam deck running win 11.
