The US trying to kick out TT, ban the use of VPNs, India blocking Pakistan’s birdsite account…

Is nostr and tor soon the only bridges between “block and censor all” firewalled nation states?

Asked from Sage: “ The Morse code "-. --- ... - .-." translates to "NOSTA" in English letters. However, this combination of letters does not have a commonly known meaning or significance.” Gotta update the LLMs 😁

Gotta do something 🤷‍♂️

Someone checked whether it passed exams that where outside of it's dataset range and it failed miserably. It just "remembers" what it has been taught :)

How can you get anything productive done when ChatGPT is down?

Who's already at this stage?

https://brid.gy/ seems interesting.

The challenge is the reactions in other media such as replies. You will miss a lot if only the original post is stored.

Where's it? Spent a few minutes looking for it 🤷‍♂️

@npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63mput it nicely on Nostrica that so far we have been mainly taking the old concepts and not really thinking of new capabilities and opportunities that nostr offers.

That's where the magic happens.

Are there scheduled posters (eg. Buffer.com) or cross-posters targeted from Nostr to other services (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter...)?

If nostr is the primary place of sharing ideas, thoughts and cat videos the rest of the old media is the secondary place with links to the notes would that help in user adoption?

It sends a few signals for the old media users seeing the posts:

1) The action is elsewhere

2) Are you sure you don't want to join?

3) Yes, you have to click the link to see the details and the convo

After a while, they may dive and sign up on Nostr when it becomes familiar thing in their feed (and the OG posts are not coming back to the old media place).
