You can look for #Hashtags or check which people others follow, those with whom you share interests. We're still early, so right now you need to invest some time to curate your feed. But it's totally worth it, as you get pure signal without manipulation by algorithms, etc.

Early on (a few months ago!) I clicked on the Reaction/Repost totals at the bottom of the post, and that gave me a list of users.

I clicked Follow on all of them, and then muted or unfollowed those I didn’t like.
