That's why my clients don't show profile pictures. They NEVER load in time because people set huge images as their profile pic.

You'll get used to the heat if you don't use the aircon. I never gotten used to the winter in germany though. As a kid I didn't mind but as an adult it got worse every year.
Germany during summer is kinda nice, but its only 3 out of 12 months.
I didn't do any research in this area since I'm not black but there surely are some nice places in Africa? And LatAm is also an option.
Also don't you feel miserable during winter in Germany? No sun light, constantly cold feet and terrible food selection.
Setting a reasonable `since` should be standard for every client. I assumed all major clients do this...
Also deprecate/adjust some nips. Kind 1 being post and reply is not bandwidth efficient for clients that allow displaying only one of these types.
And nip10 makes efficient reply querying impossible.
