Yes but suboptimally. People with low end devices are suffering everyday.
The most important consideration is to not choose a js framework. They suck on old devices and devs don't notice it bc they all have decent phones.
Here is what I would choose:
- Flutter: Works on all platforms but slow app start up and doesn't feel native.
- Compose multiplatform: Great for Android and desktop. iOS is in Beta and Web in alpha. You can use SwiftUI for iOS if you prefer, it's what Phoenix Wallet is doing.

I had difficulty posting to relays so I tried Habla as an alternative, and one feature that I they have over Yakihonne is that you can post to specific communities.
I personally find this useful, I know that the whole "communities" thing on Nostr, which I suppose is Nostr's equivalent of a subreddit, is underutilised at the moment, but I use it regularly and I find it quite useful.

Communities are like less accessible hashtags and even those are underutilized. So just use hashtags.
AML and KYC also apply to Monero. If you don't want to follow these rules you can do P2P.

But P2P BTC with coin control and lightning is already pretty good privacy wise. Switching to XMR would give me too much risk with little gain.
