#[0] your decision to work full-time on Nostr development is noble and worth a praise.
I was just curious - do you welcome OSS contributions/help or do you prefer to work alone on these projects?
That talk has many instances on youtube. I've given it at many times in many places.
Here's one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ecIWPzGEbFc&t=615s
Silly me.
Forgot to link the video in the original message. Thank you.
BTW, the topic feels more relevant than ever (or as relevant as ever). My mind has been constantly going back to your talk and to those quotes as I've watched the development on Nostr from the sidelines.
I've watched this video by #[0] a few dozen times in the last X years and I keep coming back to this quote by Alan Turing:
"We shall need a great number of mathematicians of ability" because "there will probably be a good deal of work of this kind to be done."
"One of our difficulties will be the maintenance of an appropriate discipline, so that we do not lose track of what we are doing."
These hug chains are beautiful.
However, they can make one's feed almost unusable or at least tedious to scroll through.
It would be amazing to have the option to click to expand nested threads if they are more than N-level deep. They should be collapsed by default.
Plebstr has an APK.
Pretty new to LN and to Nostr, so sorry in advance for potentially stupid question. Is sending a LN invoice in any way different from zapping me directly on Nostr?
The first 3 people who complete this tutorial and send an asset to my public key at d6891eb0e2be582d66d75c8e4152e035dd9999130477a36fbbd6d7e2fa3194b3 will be paid 10000 satoshis.
