I noticed that Italians and French are generally pretty lean (they look healthy at least) even though they eat insane amounts of sweets and carbs in general (pasta, bread, etc)

How are they not obese?

And does being lean equals being healthy?

Are there any long term studies of their diet/lifestyle?

Thank you in advance

Briar: "Censorship-resistant peer-to-peer messaging that bypasses centralized servers. Connect via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or Tor, with privacy built-in." https://briarproject.org/

Would be cool to have bluetooth & wifi sync on native Nostr apps. Would be useful in offline situations and countries where the internet is censored.

Is it ByBit or ByeBit?

Important reminder. Thank you.

What book is it?

Long long time ago in a galaxy not so far away, someone published a "meme" which was purely informational. It depicted a huge (bavarian?) house from the 19th century with a thick roof made from natural materials. The point was to show what even simple, often illiterate people could afford a bit more than a 100 years ago, while we fight for scraps today.

Another similar theme (or was it the same meme?) said how in the early 20th century a postman lived in a huge house and was able to support the family of five or six.

If anyone has these or any similar examples, can you please share them here?

This GUI is absolutely gorgeous! If it's not a secret, what software is that?

One more (general) thing.

Think of yourself as a product manager in OSS. Try to come up with a product doc that explains why, what, where, when and then leave how to developers. Think of what should be in scope vs out of scope of the project. What are must haves, and what are nice to haves, etc.

Those are the servers that sync your calendar and contacts. I don't think you need that for the userfacinfg website. Would an iframe embedded calendar be an option?

Without requirements it's hard to tell what is the right solution.

nostr:npub1tftc33ttam85wraffce62cgtvvjrmttquqlv6a0agtfm5nl4vues82xar5 ('s 3rd party vendor) leaked a cute email I had back on 8/10/22 and that I used to subscribe to swan marketing list somehow. All that eventually lead to said email now used in [unsuccessful] phishing attacks not once but 2x in late 2024. Thank God I used fake names and my email wasn't including my name in it.

Moral of the story: As much as you love your cute email address, please use aliases every.FREAKING.where instead. I know 2 options:

Please include anything I forgot in the comments. Stay safe out there!

Desktop is fine, but you then need to either give nsec to the website directly, or use an extension such as Alby.

I don't see an easy way to have those highlights on your mobile app without compromising nsec in some way.

Sorry for not seeing these replies earlier.

Well, I like to test how things work so any mobile device (stock iphone, stock android, graphene...).

It's nice that you can do extensions on mobile browsers. That's one way to go about this.

Ideally, people should be able to use a signer like Amber, but as far as I understand, the highlighter doesn't support it :(
