That command would then publish the contents of a markdown file as a long form note to his profile.
In order to achieve that, the command would also need to authenticate, IIUC.
CLI stands for the command line interface. Aka the terminal.

I find it weird that you can add a character whenithe task was to find an EXTRA character. The only way to prove the solution works is to post a decoded message.
