I think what nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc wants to achieve is to have a simple command he can give an input (existing .md file) and the destination (his own npub). That command would then publish the contents of a markdown file as a long form note to his profile.

In order to achieve that, the command would also need to authenticate, IIUC.
