It’s not a developer feature necessarily. It’s on by default in gossip.
Similar to being able to see UTXO information in a bitcoin wallet. Although not as important.
Would love to see it in Damus as an option in the ellipsis of a given note.
One of my favorite features of Gossip is the ability to see all the raw post data. Very cool to see what's going on behind the scenes.
Will’s post renders for me in latest from App Store. But the nevent with an @ in front from OP does not.
Ok. I am on latest v1.4.2 and cannot click on the nevent posted in the note I originally replied to.

It’s easy to setup. If you have to sync a bitcoin/LN node from scratch it would take a few days, but relatively straight forward in terms of configuration.
If you are like me and have a Btcpayserver with LN node running already, all it took was:
- updating my btcpay to v1.9.0
- installing nostr plugin
- entering data in 3 fields (name, pub, priv key)
- updating my profile’s NIP05 to match my btcpay’s lightning address.
Took less than 5 minutes.
