Does anyone know of a super secret phone number to get actual customer support for an issue with my cashapp acct? My issues started when i moved to a different phone and couldnt log in. One of the several "customer support" persons i spoke to instructed me to move my funds out and close that acct, then open a new acct on new phone. After all that, now i dont have access to my old acct, and get error messages when i try to open a new acct, so i'm stuck. Wouldnt be such a big deal, but some of my airbnb guests like to use cashapp to pay for my soaps and salve. These payment services are great and convenient, but the companies have forgotten that the users are human beings, and not all issues can be solved by a "chat box" or a "customer support" number that connects you to someone who barely speaks english. Oh, and the email route did not work either. 😒😒😒
