I'm the Z4 Explorer. Exploring the world in my suped up Z4!!! aka Suboss. My goal in life is to be a Professional "nobody".

Are you saying being in any club is wrong? Always try sway back to being an individual.

So maybe its ok to be part of a club, but once we've learned whats useful we need to leave. Most members of clubs have overstayed their "membership" and they don't want to leave because of the power it gives them. But have lost their individuality in the process.

Does that mean I need to eventually leave nostr? I don't think nostr is like normal groups. Individuality is most important thing. Nostr promotes and strengthens the individual. Most groups rob the individual of their individuality. You just end up believing the opinions of the group.

No, I think we need both, groups and individuality are equally important. And so we should do both. But both can't exist at the same time. So there are times when you need to fully disassociate yourself from any group you maybe part of to harness the power of individuality. I'm not sure being an individual all the time 100% is what individuality is about. Not sure. πŸ€”

I've been thinking for a while, when a country gets too big, something gets lost. I've been looking around at countries I'd like to move to. They are small. Its as though when a country gets too big, tesults in too many conflicting interests, and in the end all the different interests get drowned out by whoever is in charge. Small country same thing happening but because the country is small enough, only so many interests can be contained, so it more accurately reflects the will of the people.

No doubt, like bitcoin obituaries website, there should be one made for nostr too. Slowly it will keep chugging along.

I like sense of freedom it brings. Ux may not be perfect smooth but once u been banned or when mainstream platforms become censored banned, suddenly nostr will have value. It will get better over time. I'm not leaving. Found some rare amazing people here, impossible to find on mainstream social media. ✌

Nice to see I'm not the only one who has noticed these things, and their impact, yeah it's full on real. I was in denial about it when I first observed it, thinking, it's a coincidence.

You can count me in too Lyn, through nostr you be spoiled for choice for beta readers.

I think its really hard to judge how a creative piece of work will be perceived. Some of the greatest books, films, songs, tend to be unexpected and a big surprise.

My favoirite characters are definitely the badies that I relate to. Breaking the rules symbolises guts, danger, gives the character an edge, unapologetic. Nice is boring. Even the ones that aren't obviously relatable, done right work really well.

Lyn Alden, the sci-fi author. Its got a good ring to it. I've watched many of your videos, interviews. You are very focused in your analysis, and sometimes you have this serious determined look on your face, like don't fuck with me look, otherwise I mess you up. If you capture that essence in your character you might be onto a winner.

We are all cheering you on Lyn, you can do it. ✊ You definitely abit of bad ass! You got this. πŸ‘‘

Thanks Jake, I appreciate it. I'm realising more and more, the way we think we are meant do things, quite often the opposite is true. Keep an open mind, and you will begin to spot the subtle feedback. Less is more. πŸ’―

Many endeavours in my life required lots of determination, bravery, pushing myself, even though I sometimes didn't want to. It was rewarding to overcome obstacles, and find creative ways to solve problems.

Last few years I've taken a different approach. I know my rough direction, but leave things open and flexible. And when something isn't working as smoothly as it could, then consider stopping, and work on something else (often related) and then later try again or I discovered a different way that was more optimal to achieve the same goal.

To my surprise I've achieved more in the last few years than I have my whole life! This includes financial, personal, work related, almost every measure in my life. I'm happier less stressed, I've got more energy to focus on important things.

Don't underestimate letting things happen, and not be so adamant to force something when it's not flowing.

Also when you progress in one area of your life (often personal/ relationship with friend or family) it has a direct effect on something that seems like there is no connection logically and vice versa.

Basically I found being less rigid suddenly attracted more opportunities that I would normally never consider possible.

You definitely on the right track! You will be pleasantly surprised. 😲
